Lift N Take Terms of Service

Welcome to Lift N Take ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a pickup, visiting liftntake.com, or working with our crew, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully. If you have any questions, reach out to us at info@liftntake.com.
1. Services
We provide junk removal, property clean up, hauling, and light demolition services for residential and commercial clients within Licking County, Ohio and surrounding communities. Specific services offered at your location are detailed at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling & Access
- You may request appointments online, by text, or by phone. We confirm each job with a two-hour arrival window.
- You must provide safe access to the items scheduled for removal. If stairs, tight spaces, or special equipment are involved, tell us in advance so we can plan appropriately.
- If we arrive and cannot access the items, a service fee of up to $99 may apply.
3. Estimates & Pricing
- All pricing is volume-based and confirmed on-site before work begins. Quotes include labor, hauling, disposal, and standard sweeping.
- Additional charges may apply for specialty disposal (paint, tires, appliances with refrigerants), excessive labor, or extended travel beyond our normal service area.
- Payment is due at job completion. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the items we remove do not contain hazardous materials unless previously approved.
- Secure fragile or valuable items in the work area prior to our arrival.
- Obtain any required permissions from property managers, HOAs, or municipalities.
5. Items We Cannot Take
For safety and regulatory reasons, we generally cannot remove: explosives, medical waste, large amounts of paint/chemicals, asbestos, fuel or propane tanks, firearms, or other hazardous materials. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
7. Liability
- We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Our team works carefully, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsafe structures, or items left unattended in the work area.
- Client assumes responsibility for ensuring the work area is structurally sound and free of hazards. Lift N Take is not liable for damage caused by unsafe or concealed building conditions.
8. Donations & Recycling
When practical, we donate or recycle items removed during a job. Donation receipts are not guaranteed. We make reasonable efforts to divert materials from landfills but cannot guarantee specific recycling outcomes.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect new services, legal requirements, or best practices. Updates become effective when posted to liftntake.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
